  • Instruments that contain legally binding commitments are generally known as ‘treaties’;

  • instruments that contain political commitments that are not legally binding are generally known as ‘arrangements’.

In New Zealand, the power to enter into or withdraw from a treaty sits with the Executive

in practice this is the Prime Minister and Cabinet.

However, multilateral treaties and major bilateral treaties of 'particular significance' are also presented to the House of Representatives for select committee consideration.

Treaties are often referred to as 'agreements' or 'conventions'. The actual term ‘treaty’ is usually reserved for treaties of political significance, such as those relating to an alliance or friendship.

New Zealand enters both legally binding and non-legally binding commitments with international partners.

  • New Zealand is directly impacted through Globalisation.

  • Globalization is a betrayal, a blatant sellout where our government hands over New Zealand's right to self-determination and sovereignty!

    It’s the slow, deliberate erosion of our nation, driven by decades of signing legally binding international contracts. In the name of international coordination, cooperation, partnerships, alliances, and security pacts, our leaders have ceded control to foreign entities with immense power over New Zealand’s destiny.

    This is a globalist agenda at its core, prioritizing the world's economies, cultures, and populations through cross-border trade, technology, investment, migration, and information flows—often at the expense of our own identity and independence.

  • How does globalisation harm New Zealand?

    Believe it or not, globalization is the root of most of our nation's troubles, it's the driving force behind every challenge we face. Mass immigration, forced coordination, and the relentless push by the radical left to impose behavioral change and enforce their diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas are eroding our freedoms.

    Step by step, they suppress our rights and viciously discredit anyone brave enough to challenge their extreme ideology.

    Globalization betrays us by squandering our energy, money, and resources meant for our nation's prosperity on international obligations, neglecting our own citizens, children, families, and homeland.

    Enough is enough,
    Put New Zealand First!
